This hotel offers incredible value for money. The five-course dinners were excellent, and the additional charge was well worth it. The breakfast was hearty and delicious, and the view from the breakfast room was a wonderful bonus. The spacious balcony that came with my room provided stunning views of the village and mountains, making it the perfect place to relax and take in the scenery. The hotel's location on the edge of the village was ideal for accessing hiking paths, and the staff were friendly and eager to help. The outdoor pool was a highlight, especially for lap swimming.

During my week trip along part of France and part of Switzerland I changed 4 hotels. It is the best one. Excellent place, nature around,spacious rooms, big balconies with tables and flowers, kitchen area if needed, free parking, thermal bath ... and of course friendly staff What else do you want for best vacation? Thanx a lot

We loved everything about this hotel! The view from our balcony was breathtaking, and the room was huge and comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the indoor thermal bath which felt magical at night. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including delicious local bread. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the convenient on-site parking and the hotel's proximity to the town's main bus station and gondolas.

We had a non-smoking room, but the bed smelt very strongly of tobacco smoke. The hotel is slightly run down, and the indoor pool in particular is shabby and in need of refinishing. The outdoor pool was closed.

I enjoyed visiting with the international guests and the family who own the hotel. The staff reallly went the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable.

Located on the edge of town, surrounded by beautiful mountains and close to gondolas. the room had a great view from the terrace and the breakfast was a tasty treat. the staff were friendly and provided good service.

The elevator was problematic, making it difficult to move around the hotel.

- If you return after 22.00 to the hotel you have to take quite a big key with you and there will be no light in the hall - bad elevator, if somebody else called for elevator from other floor, you will be not able to go out, and you go up and down - not good offers for packages and discounts for ski pass and spa - facilities of 3 star hotel - bad breakfast, no fruits, bad choice of cheese

The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Additionally, the hotel had basic amenities, including a pool and a lovely breakfast with a wide selection of options. One aspect that stood out was the rooms, which offered amazing views of the mountains and the town below. I particularly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and taking in the beautiful scenery. my stay at this hotel was delightful and I would highly recommend it to others.

Spent the Xmas holidays at this hotel and had a great time. Loved the breakfast options, especially the freshly baked pastries and bread. the view of the snow-capped mountains from the breakfast room was simply breathtaking. the location was perfect, with easy access to the nearby skiing slopes and the quiet surrounding areas. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool that was big enough for a family to swim in.

The room was a bit outdated and could use some modernization, especially in the bathroom. the heating in the room was also not consistent, leading to some chilly nights.

It is situated near some hiking paths that provided me with wonderful and easy access to the mountains. the staff was excellent and eager to help, providing me with the best service that they could offer.
